Initial Consultations
Initial consultations are conducted by phone and are free of charge. These initial conversations allow both Jennifer and the prospective client to determine whether the client’s desired area(s) of therapeutic focus are within Jennifer’s area of expertise.
Sessions
Sessions are 55 minutes in length. Investment at $160 per session.
EMDR / Extended Sessions
Some sessions can be extended in length to 90 minutes for a variety of reasons. These extended sessions are $180. EMDR Intensives (up to two hours) $300.
Payment Options
Private Pay
Clients may use cash, personal check, credit or debit cards and FSA/HSA accounts for payment of services. This option does not require reporting of diagnostic information.
Insurance / EAP Benefits
Currently, Authentic Journeys is in network with United Healthcare, Optum, UMR, Kaiser, Modern Health EAP, AllOneHealth EAP. Be advised that diagnostic information is shared with such companies for reimbursement purposes.
Out of Network
Authentic Journeys is happy to provide a superbill for clients to use in seeking reimbursement from other insurance carriers. Checking with your individual plan will provide information on your benefit specifics.
